Woodlake Community Association (WCA) is currently seeking a highly motivated team-oriented professional to assist the General Manager in day-to-day management of the Association and its functions and to provide leadership for department heads as needed. The Assistant General Manager also works closely with operations contracts finance project management and the homeowners Board of Directors in order to maintain the assets of the community and provide operating efficiencies of HOA personnel and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Management experience with five years of related experience (three of which were in a supervisory role). Bachelors degree in Public Administration Business Hospitality Management or similar field is required. At least three years previous experience in homeowners association management. CMCA Certification at a minimum; indicated desire to continue in the CAI credential program. Excellent verbal written communication and computer skills including knowledge of social media are needed. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask set goals and prioritize projects. Starting salary: $70-$90000 plus benefits (medical dental vision HSA IRA Life and PTO).
