Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of collision repair processes and procedures at Midwest Collision
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repair work
- Collaborate with certified technicians to prioritize tasks and meet repair deadlines
- Work closely with the customer care team to address any concerns or inquiries regarding repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all repair projects
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Automotive Technology Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in auto collision repair management or related field
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques equipment and industry best practices
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
Desired Experience:
- Experience working with major insurance providers and navigating the claims process
- Demonstrated success in leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality repair services
- Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $130000 - $145000 annually
