Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of collision repair processes and procedures at Midwest Collision
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repair work
  • Collaborate with certified technicians to prioritize tasks and meet repair deadlines
  • Work closely with the customer care team to address any concerns or inquiries regarding repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all repair projects
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Automotive Technology Business Management or related field
  • Proven experience in auto collision repair management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of repair techniques equipment and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work well under pressure

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working with major insurance providers and navigating the claims process
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality repair services
  • Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $130000 - $145000 annually
