Job Summary

Job Description: Customer Success Manager at A Better Communication Inc.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand customers needs and work proactively to provide solutions and address any issues.
Act as the main point of contact for customers handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and measure their overall satisfaction.
Create and deliver reports on customer success metrics to internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $105000 - $140000 per year.
