Job Summary

Job Description: Customer Success Manager at A Better Communication Inc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customers needs and work proactively to provide solutions and address any issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and measure their overall satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver reports on customer success metrics to internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $105000 - $140000 per year.
