Duties & Responsibilities
* As a key member of our people team youll manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders
* Proactively source attract and hire top talent using job boards headhunting social media networking and referrals
* Advertise roles screen applications and shortlist candidates for interviews
* Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear timely and engaging communication
* Track recruitment activity and contribute to reporting and trend analysis
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies
* Ensure compliance confidentiality and best recruitment practices at all times
* Support ad hoc recruitment-related initiatives as required

Desired Experience & Qualification
* Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (non-negotiable)
* A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
* 25 years experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency) ideally with sales recruitment exposure
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Teams)
* Experience with ATS platforms or similar recruitment technology
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive positive and results-driven mindset
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving deadline-driven environment
* A strong alignment with Karooooo / Cartrack values: customer excellence accountability urgency and performance
