Were currently seeking a Rehab Director to lead our dynamic therapy team in partnership with a highly regarded Senior Community in Oconomowoc WI. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate clinician with strong organizational communication and team-building skills to take on a leadership position while staying connected to meaningful hands-on patient care.

As a full-time Rehab Director youll lead a dedicated team of therapy professionals while working collaboratively with nursing staff facility leadership and community partners. Youll oversee daily rehab operations ensure clinical and regulatory excellence and help foster a culture of accountability growth and compassion. Youll also maintain a clinical caseload to stay grounded in care delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Assisting or Occupational Therapy Assisting
Licensed or certified in the State of Wisconsin as an OTR PTA or COTA
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
