Based in Williamsport PA (onsite) this critical role is to provide leadership coaching and performance feedback for all members of the Logistics (Shipping and Receiving) team.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage a team of both hourly and salaried personnel in a fast paced environment; responsible for personnel training and development.
Interface with all departments to help keep the flow of raw materials and finished products compliant accurate and meeting all Regulatory and safety requirements.
Overall responsibility for the timely shipment of finished goods from the main warehouse on site as well as a satellite warehouse.
Responsible for department budget department certifications (DOT training) and certifications for HALAL RSPO and KOSHER.
Ensure an accurate inventory count of raw materials and finished goods at all times. Support MSL/POV/SMOG/OEE initiatives.
Work with internal and external business partners to keep the business model flowing and supply chain running. Establishes supply chain metrics and continuously improves to meet customer demands.
Identifies develops and builds relationships with contract manufacturing logistics providers and internal Arxada team members while holding partners accountable to agreed metrics.
Provide backup coverage for both shipping and receiving functions within the plant.
Designs high reliable supply chain through Six Sigma methodology isotainer fleet management inbound and outbound logistics and manufacturing planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related degree
7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics (chemical industry desirable)
Role requires an individual that is customer oriented and fast moving for a newly developed business model in last mile deliveries

The expected salary range for this role is 81.00000$-115.00000$ but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other job-related non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
