We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Walker State Prison in Trion GA.

Position details:

Shift Details:Full-time Day Shift MondayFriday 40 hours/week No weekends

Hourly Rate:$41$46/hour

Qualifications

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. This role works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify assess and respond to a wide range of physical psychological and social needs.

Requirements

Associates degree required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Current CPR certification required
Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and criminal background check
