Job Summary

Were Trezor a leading company in crypto security that has pioneered the hardware wallet industry. Basically our products put people at ease knowing their digital assets are safe.

Were looking for a proactive Operations Project Manager to lead cross-department projects from start to finish. Youll be the central point of coordination - keeping projects on track removing blockers aligning stakeholders and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

What youll do

Plan manage and deliver cross-functional projects end-to-end
Coordinate stakeholders and communicate progress clearly
Collect and analyze data to design practical solutions
Define document and optimize operational processes
Identify risks and proactively manage mitigation plans
Ensure proper documentation reporting and quality standards

About you

Experience managing projects using Agile Waterfall or similar methods
Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project)
Strong process design and documentation skills
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to see the big picture and design for long term solutions
