About the Role:
Join our team as a Service Assurance & Project Support Specialist! In this entry-level role you will help maintain high service assurance standards and elevate client satisfaction by supporting the successful execution of projects. Youll play a key role in ensuring alignment with scope schedule and resource coordination while following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Standards: Record issues enforce standards and advise development teams on compliance.
Process Improvement & Quality Management: Review deliverables ensure adherence to quality standards and proactively address issues or risks.
Project Management: Assist with projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to specifications.
Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with stakeholders and internal clients providing project updates facilitating meetings and managing expectations.
Additional Support: Take part in tasks related to data analysis reporting and team collaboration.
What Youll Bring:
2 years of relevant experience in service assurance operational background or a related field.
Strong organizational documentation analytical and project management skills.
Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies to routine tasks.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
English language skills at B2 level or higher
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) preferred.
Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello Asana) is a plus

Working Time: US shift (1:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Current Work Model: 3 days per week in the office
Salary Range: 48 000 - 73 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills experience and knowledge.
