About the Role:
Join our team as a Service Assurance & Project Support Specialist! In this entry-level role you will help maintain high service assurance standards and elevate client satisfaction by supporting the successful execution of projects. Youll play a key role in ensuring alignment with scope schedule and resource coordination while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Standards: Record issues enforce standards and advise development teams on compliance.

  • Process Improvement & Quality Management: Review deliverables ensure adherence to quality standards and proactively address issues or risks.

  • Project Management: Assist with projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to specifications.

  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with stakeholders and internal clients providing project updates facilitating meetings and managing expectations.

  • Additional Support: Take part in tasks related to data analysis reporting and team collaboration.

What Youll Bring:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in service assurance operational background or a related field.

  • Strong organizational documentation analytical and project management skills.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies to routine tasks.

  • Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

  • English language skills at B2 level or higher

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Bachelors degree (BS/BA) preferred.

  • Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello Asana) is a plus

Current Work Model: 3 days per week in the office

Salary Range: 48 000 - 73 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills experience and knowledge.
