Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple client engagements and financial reporting.
Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
Mentor and develop accounting team members.
Review complex financial statements for GAAP compliance.
Drive process improvements and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for additional client services.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
Experience:
- 6 years progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred).
- Supervisory experience required.
- Public or outsourced accounting experience a plus.
Skills: Leadership client relationship management advanced Excel accounting software proficiency.
