Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care in a dynamic collaborative environment. You will work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans with a primary focus on general orthopedic rehabilitation. The role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population through one-on-one sessions utilizing your expertise to support patient progress. This position emphasizes strong communication teamwork and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a supportive setting.

Duties: Physical Therapist Assistant - Village Pointe
Conduct patient treatments as assigned or directed by a physical therapist.
Required Qualifications: Physical Therapist Assistant - Village Pointe
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant school required.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal required.
Strong team orientation required.
Strong computer and office equipment skills required.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1 2023 or later).
Preferred Qualifications: Physical Therapist Assistant - Village Pointe
Prior rehabilitation experience preferred.
