As a Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs developing tailored treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help improve patients quality of life and restore their physical function making a significant impact in our community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy
Requirements
**Qualifications**
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
- - Possession of a valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma is mandatory.
- - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or the ability to obtain such certification within 30 days of employment.
- - The candidate must demonstrate the capability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate action when necessary.
- - Strong critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential.
