Own the full accounts payable accounts receivable and billing functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactions
Perform weekly reconciliations for credit cards bank accounts and loan balances to maintain strong financial controls
Serve as a key member of the accounting team by managing customer payments and invoicing building strong relationships and proactively resolving issues
Ensure QuickBooks is accurate up to date and properly maintained
