Position Title: SuccessFactors LMS & RCM Consultant

Job Type: Full Time
Years of Exp: 3years(2years of relevant experience is must)
Job Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid(3 days WFO is must)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15days/Currently serving notice period

Position Description
3 years of strong experience in SuccessFactors LMS/ RCM module
Independently handle LMS/ Recruitment (RCM) configuration and support activities.
. Own LMS & RCM module for mid-size to large size implementations or AMS projects.
. Work with onsite leads and business SMEs for requirement analysis and solution design.
. Support end-to-end RCM & LMS lifecycle: build test deploy and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

. Configure Items Curricula Programs and Assignments.
. Manage roles permissions and security in LMS.
. Support ECLMS integrations and learning assignments.
. Handle client escalations and defect resolution independently.
. Support quarterly SF releases and regression testing.
. Configure LMS and support integrations with EC and third-party content providers
. Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks
. Support UAT cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
. Collaborate with technical and integration teams

Skills Expectation

. Strong hands-on Recruitment LMS knowledge.
. Client communication and offshore coordination skills.
. Understanding of compliance certifications and learning governance.
. Valid Certification in SuccessFactors
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with non-technical colleagues and customers.

Required Qualification: BE/ (or equivalent)
