Job Summary

Lead the design and development of the modernized front-end usingAngular or React based on the chosen stack
Define and implement modernization patterns includingcomponent libraryshared services andstate management architecture
Evaluate and replace legacy Kendo UI components withPrimeNG / PrimeReact / MUI / AntDalternatives
Guide the migration strategy from to a decoupled front-end
Collaborate with architects to refineAPI-first integration 8 services hosted on AWS
Work closely with backend teams to enhance or align APIs needed for modernization
Lead the migration using tools likeAWS ATXKIRO CLI and internal accelerators
Ensure code quality through advanced patterns CI/CD integration and automated testing frameworks
Mentor developers provide technical guidance perform code reviews and enforce standards
Optimize front-end performance accessibility and scalability
Collaborate with designers BAs QAs and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery

Deep expertise inAngular (v20) or React (Hooks Context Redux/Zustand)
Strong TypeScript experience and advanced front-end architectural patterns
Experience replacing enterprise UI libraries (e.g.Kendo PrimeNG/PrimeReact)
Strong knowledge ofRxJS NgRx(Angular) orReact Query / Redux Toolkit(React)
Experience with RESTful API integration and decoupled front-end architectures
Familiarity with structure and migration complexities
Experience deploying apps onVercel AWS S3/CloudFront or containerized environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to drive technical decisions with well-reasoned arguments
Strong leadership and mentoring ability
