Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst – Hospital Billing with 8–10 years in US Healthcare RCM. The role focuses on revenue cycle analytics denial analysis AR performance tracking and reporting automation to improve cash flow and reduce revenue leakage.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end hospital billing lifecycle (charge capture to AR follow-up)
- Track KPIs: Days in AR Denial Rate Clean Claim Rate Net Collection Ratio
- Perform denial and AR aging analysis
- Identify revenue leakage and underpayments
- Develop dashboards and automate MIS reporting
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Hospital Billing (Inpatient & Outpatient)
- Advanced Python (Pandas NumPy)
- Strong SQL querying skills
- Advanced Excel & Power BI / Tableau
- Knowledge of UB-04 Medicare/Medicaid CPT ICD-10
