Director FP&A Global Delivery Lead
Role and Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Global Delivery Lead within a newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
- The role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the Global FP&A delivery (across 3 Global sites) as well as accountability for all regional delivery.
- This role will lead a global team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial planning analysis and reporting services to internal stakeholders across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will have strong industrial products acumen deep knowledge of FP&A processes knowledge of leading practice tools and technology and demonstrated experience in leading large teams in delivering quality business services.
- The candidate should have experience in ensuring financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis processes are efficient strategic and aligned with organizational strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Develops and executes the strategic vision for the FP&A GBS organization aligning with the overall goals of the organization and the Global Process Owner
- Collaborates with senior leadership to define and implement financial processes that support the business objectives
- Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the FP&A GBS organization ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Leads mentors and develops a high-performing team of finance professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Monitors health and operational metrics tied to Global End to End delivery processes
- Participates in setting operational/performance metrics (KPIs) aligned to latest process and ensures delivery against them
- Ensures the standardized E2E process is being followed according to agreed upon SLAs
- Continuously looks for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the center. This could involve implementing new technologies optimizing workflows or introducing training programs to enhance employee skills
- Promotes culture of improvement transparency and collaboration among site leads business liaisons across geographies
- Ensures the appropriate controls are in place for the process
- Manages exception requests to the standard process
- Collaborate with Functional leadership on strategic initiatives/alignment investment needs etc.
- Review operational data and performance with the GBS and Business Leadership in the Service Management Governance meetings
- Works with business and functional leaders to review requests to deviate from the standard process and identify opportunities to maximize alignment
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field or Chartered accountant
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis budgeting or finance management.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling forecasting techniques and relevant technologies (e.g. ERP systems).
- Experience leading or working in / with a GBS or SSC center
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in a global environment.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams stakeholders and regions.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to aligning processes with organizational sustainability goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading teams and driving performance
Preferred:
- Masters degree in one of the fields mentioned above or CPA

- Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that manage and automate core business processes
- Awareness of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Skilled in gathering understanding and implementing leading practice Finance business processes
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Languages
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
