Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead with a proven track record in the design developmentmaintenance and operation of scalable high-performance serverless framework technology platformsincorporating RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations primarily utilizing JavaScript Frameworksand Libraries and Salesforce. This is a hands-on technical leadership position which includes developingfull-stack technologies while managing leading and developing an international engineering team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Leads directs and manages the Engineering Team including its strategic tactical andoperational activities.
Coordinates leads and actively participates throughout the entire lifecycle of all Engineeringprojects including technical requirements gathering resource allocation design anddocumentation scheduling development implementation testing deployment maintenanceand support.
Collaborates closely and regularly with the other teams including Project Management Data andQuality DevOps Infrastructure and Customer Service.
Designs develops and maintains core technology strategy architecture and code and leadsother engineers by example.
Helps develop maintain and enforce the companys software development tools and standardsand conducts design and code reviews on a regular basis to improve quality and ensurecompliance.

Qualifications and Skills

10 years of experience in software development specifically with full stack web applicationdevelopment in JavaScript Typescript and Serverless Framework.
Solid experience programming in JavaScript TypeScript and Node.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and implement effective change management.
Effective communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to give and receive feedback ina startup environment.
Ability to discuss and explain system architecture and component design.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Development and Integration
Experience with Loan Management Systems or Financial System Development and Integration
