Position Overview: As a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist you will supports sales representatives before during and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features;
- Answers clients questions regarding Mazda products;
- Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
- Configures vehicle with mobile customizer;
- Performs test drives as needed;
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional though unrelated duties.
Requirements
- Valid Driving License;
- Acceptable Driving Record;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
