Responsibilities

Lead train and develop a team of renewable energy consultants
Coach team members through hands-on training and performance support
Lead by example in the field
Build a positive accountable and results-driven team culture

Annual earning potential: $55000K $85000KPlus

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work a full-time schedule MondayFriday

Leadership coaching sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
