As Advisor Process & Governance you will support process governance and procedural oversight activities including Knowledge maintenance supporting the complaints management framework and ensuring the effectiveness of Motor Claims Customers processes. This role supports in ensuring processes are simplified for our people meet regulatory requirements and deliver an optimal customer experience.
This role is open to Melbourne Sydney Brisbane and Adelaide. It is a 12-Month Secondment opportunity.
What youll do
Support process governance activities ensuring appropriate procedural oversight to proactively support quality assurance regulatory compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support the maintenance and execution of the complaints manage framework including self-identified potential systemic (SIPS) investigation and validation
Support the maintenance of the Motor Claims Customers procedural knowledge management system (Knowledge) accountable for maintaining process and procedure governance
Proactively consider identify and manage risks issues and blockers. Actively demonstrate and promote strong risk maturity and awareness
Triage inquiries from Motor Claims Customer & other internal stakeholders
Work autonomously while supporting the delivery of process & governance initiatives and provide regular status updates to stakeholders as required.
Effectively support and build WalkMe solutions for Motor Claims Customers
What youll bring
Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or related qualification (desired)
At least 2 years experience in Insurance/Claims or similar industry and operational environment
Experience in supporting initiatives or projects.
Proficient data analysis with ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement from diverse information sources and metrics
Knowledge of the Insurance business including claims product and systems experience
