We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Leader After Hours to support coach and drive performance within our national after-hours team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader who thrives in fast-paced service-driven environments.
Reporting to the After Hours Operations Manager you will lead a team of Operations Consultants responsible for workforce allocation and urgent shift bookings across evenings and overnight periods.
Youll balance people leadership operational delivery and stakeholder engagement to ensure our healthcare clients receive seamless after-hours support.
Working Pattern!
This role operates on a rotating roster across weekdays and weekends:
- Weekday shifts (8 hours): Start between 1:00pm 3:00pm
- Weekend shifts: Start at either 7:00am or 3:00pm
- Weekend days: Saturday and Sunday
- Weekdays: Monday plus two additional days of your choice
Once fully trained team members may be asked to cover Night Duty shifts (10:30pm 7:30am) on an as-needed basis to support operational requirements.
Day to Day!
- Lead and coach a high-performing After Hours team
- Keep critical healthcare shifts filled through smart rostering
- Step into escalations and complex bookings when it matters
- Drive performance through QA 1:1s and real-time support
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Keep inboxes requests and SLAs running like clockwork
- Support onboarding and lift team capability
- Partner on process improvements and operational growth
- Stay hands-on by jumping on the phones when needed
