About the Role
As the Outbound Team Leader you will lead an outbound sales function with a clear focus on driving revenue growth through effective people leadership strong client partnerships and wellexecuted campaign strategies.
Your role is built around three core pillars:
Client Relationship
- Act as a key operational contact for the account building strong and trusted client relationships
- Ensure outbound campaigns are delivered in line with client objectives brand standards and compliance requirements
- Provide regular performance updates insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
Team Management
- Lead coach and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage daytoday team performance including KPIs quality productivity and engagement
- Foster a highperformance salesdriven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Campaign Strategy & Reporting
- Design implement and optimise outbound sales campaign strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth
- Analyse campaign performance sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop action plans to address gaps in performance and maximise campaign effectiveness
- Track report and communicate campaign results insights and recommendations clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts offers targeting and sales approaches
About You
- Proven experience leading an outbound or contact centre sales team
- Strong sales background with a track record of driving results
- Experience in campaign management sales strategy or performance reporting
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both teams and stakeholders
