Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analysis and data mining.
- Provide critical insights on product usage campaign performance funnel metrics segmentation conversion and revenue growth.
- Build ad-hoc analyses reports dashboards and long-term projects to uncover new insights and measure progress.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytical needs KPIs and metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Deliver clear impactful presentations that translate complex problems into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis roles.
- 3 years of experience with Python SQL and visualization tools (Tableau Looker PowerBI).
- Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics.
- Strong business judgment leadership and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strategic influencing ability.
- Self-starter adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in BI tools and Excel; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data mining techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning).
- Familiarity with AWS Spark/PySpark and Airflow.
- Background in digital marketing sales or strategy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
