Job Summary
We need superstars to join our team who have done this before can bring and take a lead role in turning this into reality.
As a result we have a new role for a Program Manager to lead the design & implementation of our Replatforming technology program and ensure were set up for success. This includes operational support systems and business support systems (OSS/ BSS).

Expert knowledge of large-scale program and project management practices which includes application of theappropriate projectmanagement methodologies
Excellent project delivery capabilities from initiation to post implementations.
Very strongcommercial acumen and business savvy with experience in applying this to your delivery context.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to quickly build deep collaborative working relationships.
Work closely withour technologyteams including strategyarchitectureanddelivery teams in the delivery of our strategic objectives.
Assistin the identificationand evaluationof technology solutionsand vendorsand makeappropriate recommendationsbased on the needs of the organisation.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to quickly build deep
collaborative working relationships.
Strong communicationfacilitationand presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and continuously shifting priorities.
Leaderships skills and ability to develop and motivate others.

Experience in working in a largecomplexand commercial environment
ideally within Telco.

Effectively develop and manage trusted relationships with internal and external delivery partners and Senior Leaders.

Bringingdelivery and technicalknow-howto the tableasyouvebeen around enough transformations to know what works and whatdoesnt.
Leadinglead the transition from legacy to target-state platformsensuring the architecture integrations data and business rules are understood and carried forward or reimagined where needed.
Working closelywith procurement finance and vendor leads to ensure value for money and clarity on spend.
Workingclosely with engineering teamsto ensurereplatformingactivities (migration decommissioning integrations etc.) are planned sequenced and delivered with minimal disruption.
Leadingreadiness planningacross impacted teamsensuring training documentation support models and business process changes are accounted for.
Usingyourbusiness and commercial acumen to translate business strategy into an implementable plan that delivers business and customer value.
Partneringwithbusiness and technology leaders to understand the immediatemediumand long-term business needs and outcomes whileprovidingsubject matter expert advice on the what how why
Understandingthe key business drivers and how your scope moves the dials be it customer experience building customer trust or risk and compliance
Understandingthe bigger picture and key dependencies (internal & external) and ensure these are understoodtrackedandmonitored.
