Job Summary
Grove Juice is seeking an experienced Senior Brand & Innovation Manager to join the business at an exciting phase of growth.
Grove is a proudly Australian food and beverage business with deep roots in the industry and longstanding partnerships with major retailers across the country. With strong manufacturing capability an established national footprint and continued investment in its branded portfolio the business is now focused on accelerating the growth and influence of the Grove brand.
This role will play a central part in that journey.
Working closely with the General Manager Marketing the newly created Senior Brand & Innovation Manager role will bring together brand leadership and product innovation ensuring new products are launched successfully while the Grove brand continues to strengthen its presence with national retail partners.
The role focuses on translating strategy into commercial outcomes. You will lead the development and execution of brand plans manage portfolio performance and oversee new product development from concept through to launch. Close collaboration with sales supply chain and operations will be essential to ensure innovation supports commercial growth and retailer priorities.
You will also lead and develop a Product Manager within the team building strong innovation discipline and supporting delivery across both branded and private label product development.
Grove operates in a lean fast-moving FMCG environment where leaders are trusted to take ownership and work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver results. The role offers meaningful exposure across brand strategy innovation manufacturing and commercial decision making.
The successful candidate will likely come from a well-regarded FMCG organisation where they have developed strong brand management fundamentals and experience launching products successfully in market. You may currently be working as a Senior Brand Manager or Innovation Manager and are ready to step into a broader role with greater commercial influence.
