The Role:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide support to multiple executives in the Global Product Safety System and Certification (GPSSC) organization. Your role will include ensuring smooth operations and effective communication for the leaders and their teams. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills attention to detail the ability to manage multiple tasks and the capability to build and maintain relationships across the successful candidate thrives in a a fast-paced high-energy teams. The role requires flexibility not just in handling organizational change but also in embracing new tools and systems. Strategic thinking to align with business goals (e.g. prioritizing tasks managing communication) along with high-quality decision-making are key to an efficient leadership team. Finally graceful and proactive management of ambiguity cultivation of innovation and an insatiable desire to collaborate are all required to be successful in the role.
