TheAmericas Supply ChainTeam(ASC) team is currentlylooking for a Director ofCapabilities todevelopment anddrivecontinuous improvement lean transformation as well as theoperatingstandards and deploymentacrossPlanning Customer ServiceDistributionlocations.Youwill be key tothe translatingoperational improvements into bottom line financialbenefit.

The Job:

Asa DirectorofCapabilitiesyoullbe part of ourASCteam working as a remote employee.Youllget to:

Develop anddeploya production system(cadencetier meetingsKPIetc)to drive standardization and consistency acrossthe region.

Design the methodologies for measuring productivity of theASCimprovement activities

Partner withstakeholdersto ensure processesand cadencesare designed and implemented for speed agility and employee experience.

Providetraining to build capability across the stakeholder ecosystem in the approaches and methodologies for measuring productivity

Build andfacilitatea community of engagedCIusers acrossASC

Drive alignment withoperationsteams on the methodologies for measuring productivity

Drive best practice sharing across allstakeholdersleveragingbest practices fromthe region.

The Person:

Bachelors degreewith at least7years ofsupply chainwork experience.

Masters or MBA preferred

Prior operational consulting experience preferred

Experience in designing themethodologyfor measuring p operational improvement programs

Strong project management skills anddemonstratedability for managing multiple projects in parallel and/or managing large programs of work

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time global and domestic travel % may vary based on business needs

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $136000 to $186800 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
