Were seeking a seasoned Automotive Sales Consultant who knows how to build rapport quickly manage a sales pipeline effectively and deliver results while maintaining an exceptional customer be empowered to leverage your skills close deals efficiently and maximize earning potential while representing a dealership with deep community roots and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery with professionalism and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and follow-up
  • Confidently present vehicle features trim levels and value-added products based on customer needs
  • Conduct test drives while ensuring proper documentation and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules to drive repeat and referral business
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
  • Stay informed on inventory market trends and competitive offerings
  • Collaborate with management and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of performance
  • Ability to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable in a commission-based role
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
