Job Summary
Support: Capital projects ranging from 500000-5mil.
Job Responsibilities:
Performwork activities efficientlywhile continuously looking for cost-saving opportunities
Providegeneral oversight to the construction team
Coordinatebetween construction and plant operations/maintenance
Participatein the contract bid process and contract administration (RFI FI FCO process)
Participatein weekly progress meetings contract progress trackingand progress reporting
Demonstratepersonnel leadership and development
Communicate permit needs to the operationrepresentative
Interface with othersupport resources as required by job plans
Confirm materialas required by job plansare available on job site
Analyze andrecommend resolutions ofwork problems orassistworkers in solving work problemsor barriers
Qualifications & Skills for Success:
Minimum of 0 years of experience in construction management (preferred)
BS in Construction Management or Engineering
