Salary: 35000 OTE

Location: Stoke on Trent Warrington or Cheshire Oaks UK (In dealership with travel)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for building relationships over the phone The Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic Renewals Sales Executive to join our thriving sales team in Cheshire Oaks (please note this is not a call centre environment it is a car showroom ). If youre a motivated self-starter who excels at turning warm leads into booked appointments and delivering fantastic customer service this is your chance to drive your career forward with a leading automotive group.

As a Renewals Sales Executive youll be instrumental in supporting our sales team by managing our customer relationships from the very first call. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making proactive outbound calls to customers following up on warm leads.

  • Booking appointments for the sales team and ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.

  • Delivering fantastic customer service whether over the phone or when meeting customers in the dealership.

  • Building strong customer relationships and effectively managing a high-volume workload.

Were seeking a driven individual who brings:

  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.

  • Previous experience in a telephone sales role is preferred but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from a face-to-face customer service or sales role who are ready for a new challenge.

  • A strong team-player mentality with the ability to work independently.
