Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical surgical outpatient observation swing bed and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care ensuring that patients age physiological spiritual psychosocial and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. To join our team you must have at least three years of acute care experience with preference given to candidates familiar with Meditech. A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification are the heart of Vermonts historic Northeast Kingdom NVRH is a cherished 25-bed independent and nonprofit critical access hospital. Shift: Night shift 7pm - 7am! Four 12-hour shifts 48 hours per week include every other weekend.
