We are seeking a talented qualified insurance individual to join our Enterprise Business team at Marsh.
The Enterprise Team is a large team of Brokers who offer cover for Electrical Contractors Committees & Clubs CE Schemes Charities & Sports Scheme related pride ourselves on offering bespoke and high-level cover through schemes that are exclusive via Marsh.
This role will be based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office with a necessity to be present on our Anchor days of Tuesday & Wednesday weekly.

- This is a perfect role for someone with a solid grounding in the principles of insurance who is looking to progress to a fast paced and dynamic team.
- If you are looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established market leading insurance broker this will be ideal.
- Previous property liability or commercial experience would also be advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided.
- Please note all applicants must be CIP qualified to be considered.
We will rely on you to:
- Work closely with the Enterprise Team and Practice Leader when needed for new business acquisition
- Support Enterprise team colleagues in delivering day to day Administration services to the broad portfolio of clients.
- Understand potential client business issues needs and expectations and identify an appropriate risk profile to deliver effective insurance solutions for new clients
- In collaboration with the Enterprise Team Leader work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Provide day to day on new business enquiries including invoicing issue of cover notes and documentation within the agreed time scales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients prospects and client teams to provide best in class service.
- Prepare comprehensive new business submissions and conduct thorough risk marketing exercise to effectively present clients needs and secure optimal insurance solutions.
- Drive the growth of our Enterprise Scheme business by selling additional products and services to existing clients thereby enhancing their coverage and strengthening client relationships.
- Support Enterprise Team Leader and colleagues with project work and other work where required.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understand and comply with all corporate procedures compliance and professional standards to better serve our clients.
What you will need to have:
- Relevant insurance experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and ability to keep up with Task Management Systems (diary systems)
- Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP
- Excellent IT Skills (including Excel and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
- Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
