Role Overview
As the Strategic AI Solutions Liaison you will be the primary bridge between our clients onsite teams and our global expert review hubs in the US and Philippines. This is a high-impact multi-disciplinary role requiring a blend of technical AI development stakeholder management and high-precision data operations. You will be responsible for deploying AI solutions directly within the clients IT stack while ensuring the underlying training data meets the rigorous Expert Review standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Continental Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and our global delivery teams (US/PHP). You will translate complex client requirements into actionable technical roadmaps for our offshore teams.
AI Solution Architecture: Design and build AI-driven tools and workflows integrated directly into the clients existing systems. You must have the AI acumen to identify automation opportunities that align with the clients specific goals.
Expert Review & Data Quality: Oversee the production of high-fidelity gold sets and labels. You will be responsible for ensuring that human-in-the-loop (HITL) outputs maintain a Precision and Recall of 90% directly impacting the performance of the clients LLMs and ML models.
Strategic Alignment: Operate as an extension of the clients team deeply internalizing client-specific operating principles IT infrastructure and quarterly goals to ensure all deliverables are client-ready.
Required Qualifications
Stakeholder experience & Communication: Exceptional ability to manage expectations between executive client leadership and technical execution teams (at least 3 years of experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks Python and integrating APIs within complex IT stacks.
Data Mastery: Deep understanding of Expert Review workflows and the ability to audit data for high-precision labeling.
Contextual Knowledge: Prior experience with complex operating principles or similar high-scale tech environments is a significant plus.
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in similar role or educational equivalent.
