Your day to day as a Birthday Party Attendant

Calling all positive role models who love working with children in group activities! At the Y youll have the opportunity to inspire and lead young minds while ensuring a clean fun and safe environment for both children and families. Your passion for creating engaging and interactive experiences will shine through as you facilitate exciting activities and foster a sense of community among the kids. What you need to be successful

To excel in this role at the Y you must be a minimum of 16 years old. Additionally having a genuine passion for working with children is essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Being organized proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will set you up for success in this position. Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a plus but not required - we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else.
