About the Role

Enviu is seeking a Founder in Residence to co-build a new impact venture tackling textile waste in India.

This is not a job its an entrepreneurial launchpad. Youll work with Envius venture-building team to ideate validate and scale a business that redefines how textile waste is prevented recovered and recycled.

The current opportunity is for Qilin (). Youll lead the venture as a true co-founder supported by a global network expert guidance and clear ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and validation of circular business models addressing textile waste.

• Define market positioning partnerships and business strategy.

• Set up operations for collection sorting recycling or upcycling.

• Build partnerships with brands recyclers policymakers and funders.

• Represent the venture externally to attract visibility and support.

• Collaborate closely with Envius venture-building and domain teams.

• Contract: 6-month term renewable up to 18 months
