Job Summary

Lead and execute month-end close activities within the R2R cycle.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards including IFRS 15 (Revenue) IFRS 16 (Leases) and IFRS 109 (Financial Instruments).
Manage manufacturing accounting processes such as inventory valuation standard costing and COGS reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
Utilize SAP or Oracle systems to maintain accurate financial records and streamline reporting.
Lead and coordinate IFRS audit processes ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with international clients providing financial insights and ensuring alignment with global standards

Requirements

1. Month close activities (R2R processes)

2. IFRS knowledge - IFRS 15 IFRS 16 IFRS 109.

3. Manufacturing accounting - Inventory valuation standard costing COGS reconciliation etc.

4. Financial reporting and analysis

5. SAP/Oracle - expertise knowledge

6. Leading and managing IFRS audits

7. Candidates should have experience in dealing with international clients.

8. Variance analysis

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
