As a Marketing Manager you will drive revenue growth and brand value for a high-growth startup tackling global CO2 intelligence. You will define messaging execute innovative lead generation campaigns and leverage AI tools to scale impact. This is a core role for a customer-obsessed professional ready to lead marketing efforts in a mission-driven environment.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

• Create compelling messaging and positioning by building a deep understanding of target customer personas

• Produce and optimize marketing collateral including website content social media email campaigns and case studies using AI tools

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of driving brand growth and lead generation

• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and show resilience against obstacles

• Demonstrates an analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and emerging AI tools to optimize marketing performance
