1. Responsible for overseas client development communication and relationship maintenance for assigned business;
2. Responsible for providing product and solution support to overseas clients including but not limited to requirements analysis solution design demonstrations product presentations etc.;
3. Responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients and resolving issues encountered during use;
4. Participate in project implementation and be responsible for the implementation and debugging of system integration solutions;
5. Assist the after-sales team in resolving issues encountered by clients during use.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field;
2. Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support with access to overseas automotive customer resources and familiarity with system integration solution design and implementation;
3. Fluent in English and able to conduct technical exchanges with overseas clients;
4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Detail-oriented and meticulous able to work under pressure.
Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in marketing automotive engineering economics or business management. Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships. Open-minded with a start-up mindset. Excellent communication coordination planning and execution skills. Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative. Language Requirement: High level of proficiency in English
