Description
Nurse Case Manager Workers Compensation (Flagstaff Area)
Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries no hands-on treatment no on-call no weekends.
What Youll Do
- Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
- Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
- Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
- Build strong client and provider relationships

Qualifications
- RN with ASN or higher
- Strong clinical background (ICU ER Trauma Ortho Neuro preferred)
- Workers Comp experience and Spanish a plus
- Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required)
