Job Summary
This order has a varied schedule (0700-1730 or 0800-1830) 4x10s with On Call Weekend and Holiday requirements.

Requirement description :
Must have a minimum of 24 months Endoscopy experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED
Life support certifications must be from AHA ARC or ASHI - REQUIRED
No hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
RTO cannot exceed 7 days No RTO during the first week of assignment - REQUIRED
Candidate driver s license to verify residency - REQUIRED
Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
