The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Duratufs business growth in the UK USA and Australia markets. The role focuses on expanding the customer base converting qualified leads managing distributor relationships and achieving revenue targets through strong market intelligence customer engagement and collaboration with internal departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2B industrial product sales with strong negotiation and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly profitability targets (equivalent to 25x monthly salary) from UK USA & Australia markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors buyers and B2B clients.
Convert minimum 15% of qualified leads into active customers every quarter.
Conduct effective product presentations quotations and follow-ups to close deals.
Onboard minimum 15 new international clients per quarter in the assigned regions.
Build a strong pipeline of potential customers through market research and outreach.
Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM updates client conversations quotations and sales documentation.
Provide timely weekly and monthly sales reports.
Prepare export-related documentation in compliance with international trade standards.
Coordinate with logistics production and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
CRM & Lead Management (Zoho preferred)

35 years of experience in International Sales/Exports preferably in B2B industrial products.
Rubber insulation electrical safety industrial consumables or similar product categories.

CRM proficiency
Experience working with markets outside the Middle East
Channel partner/distributor development
