Interim Sales Representative (ISR)
Job Summary
Department: Health & Medical Solutions
Key Responsibilities-
Clinical Detailing: Promote and provide technical information on Essitys product portfolio (e.g. Cutimed Leukoplast JOBST) to doctors surgeons nurses and pharmacists.

Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and competitive conversions.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Hospital Procurement Wound Care Centers and Surgeons.

Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct Clinical Medical Education (CME) sessions product trials and demonstrations in clinical settings (including Operating Theatres if required).

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities pricing and market trends; provide timely feedback to the marketing and sales leadership teams.

Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or a related field.

Experience: * Typically 1 5 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

Knowledge of the Wound Care or Surgical market is highly preferred.
