Description:
Schedule would be Monday-Friday 7am-4pmA Regional Manager of Facilities at a hospital ensures consistent safe and efficient operations across multiple sites. This role provides centralized oversight for maintenance regulatory compliance resource allocation and emergency preparedness supporting the hospitals mission of delivering high-quality patient care while optimizing costs and maintaining high facility standards.
- Oversee daily operations of facility management teams at multiple hospital and clinic locations.
- Develop implement and monitor preventive maintenance and safety programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local state and federal regulations.
- Manage capital improvement projects renovations and expansions.
- Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
- Develop and monitor facility budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide training leadership and professional development for facility staff.
- Evaluate facility performance conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
- Serve as primary liaison between hospital leadership and facility operations.
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration or related field ( preferred)
- 3 years of experience in facility management preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of building systems safety codes and regulatory standards
- Excellent project management communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel within the region as required
