The Multi-Product Power & Digital departmentis responsible for FPGA and hardware designs for electronic warfare radar and effector products. Job responsibilities of this role include activities such as troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment performing system and circuit level analysis supporting failure investigations maintaining and creating documentation hardware and/or logic design and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.

This position is an onsite role.

What You Will Do

• Designing digital power and analog circuits
• VHDL design
• Testing electronic hardware
• Operating and automating test equipment in a lab environment
• Analyzing modeling and simulating electronic designs
• Component selection for electronic designs
• Layout and routing support of printed circuit boards

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Analog Digital Electronics Mixed Signal Circuit Design or Analysis Power Electronics VHDL FPGA Electrical Components Digital Signal Processing or PCB design.
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• 3.0 cumulative GPAdesiredfrom an ABET accredited institution.
• Digital Analog and/or Power electronics coursework.
• Lab experiencewithhardware/software integrationtest equipment test automation scripting test conduction sensor control.
• Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding simulation and synthesis.
• Knowledge of electrical circuit design analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment.

  The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
