Were looking for a skilled baker with a real appreciation for laminated doughs and the precision they require. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on production and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality viennoiserie.
Duties
- Preparing a variety of laminated and enriched dough products including classic pastries and rotating specials.
- Managing the full production process from dough preparation through to baking.
- Working to established recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency.
- Assessing dough readiness and adjusting processes to achieve optimal results.
- Assisting with ingredient control stock rotation and general production support.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness food safety and workplace organisation.
- Supporting routine checks and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry environment.
- Practical knowledge of lamination fermentation and dough handling.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A quality-focused approach and pride in finished products.
- Need to be able to drive due to the training location being on a separate site.
