Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Wakefield (services also across Pontefract Wakefield Eggborough & Barnsley)
Salary:

• Unqualified: 25755.60 base up to 31155.60 including sleep-ins

• Qualified (Level 3 or equivalent): 26303.16 base up to 31703.16 including sleep-ins
  Working Hour: 39 hours per week
  Hourly Rate: N/A salaried role
  Number of Sleeps Required: 810 per month (average)
  Pay Per Sleep: 45 per sleep-in
  Service: Childrens Home
  Service Users: YPs aged 818 EBD Trauma Emotional & Behavioural Needs
  Qualifications Required:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) desirable

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  Experience in Years Required:

• Experience preferred but not essential full training provided
  Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

• Ratio of staff to children: High staff-to-child ratio
