Job Summary

Were looking for a Client Service Support Executive to join our Client Service Operations team. If youre motivated by delivering excellent service building strong relationships and helping to create a seamless experience for clients this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Youll be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting clients across L&G Asset Management.

What youll be doing:

  • Managing the delivery of operational client service and acting as a key point of contact for queries
  • Coordinating and resolving daytoday client enquiries in line with agreed SLAs
  • Building strong working relationships across L&G Asset Management to support joinedup client service
  • Collaborating with Client Relationship teams to enhance the client experience
  • Maintaining accurate records logs and databases to support robust governance
  • Applying and improving business processes to ensure a controlled and compliant environment
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen the teams operating model
  • Developing your understanding of L&G Asset Management products platforms and client strategies

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Experience delivering highquality client service within financial services or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive tasks forward
  • Collaborative team player who shares best practice and supports colleagues
  • Good understanding of investment markets and economic themes (desirable)
  • Strong IT abilities including proficiency with core business systems
  • Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
