YOUR TASKS

• Act as Product Owner for Salesforce-related initiatives receiving requests from business stakeholders and shaping them into well-defined value-driven requirements.

• Challenge incoming requests when needed to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices platform sustainability and long-term system health.

• Maintain and prioritize the Salesforce backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be effectively implemented by the team.

• Work closely with developers admins and other roles throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Support Agile ceremonies such as refinement sessions sprint planning and reviews.

• Contribute to testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience working in a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role within a Salesforce environment.

• Practical understanding of Salesforce platforms and standard capabilities (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud)

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and backlog management.

• Ability to assess business requests critically and propose alternative solutions when requirements conflict with best practices or system stability.

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

• A structured and quality-focused mindset with attention to long-term platform consistency.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder) are a plus.

• Hands-on experience with basic Salesforce configuration and reporting is a plus.
