Position:Intake Specialist Pre-Settlement Funding
Location: Remote - Open to candidates in Latin America
Salary:$1500 to $2000 ( Commensurate with Experience )

We are a growing US-based legal finance organization operating in the litigation funding space. The team works closely with personal injury law firms across the United States providing non-recourse legal funding and ensuring consistent compliance accurate case updates and professional communication throughout the lifecycle of each case. We are a small high-accountability team that values discretion ownership and strong execution.
Roles and Responsibilites:- Entering updating researching verifying and retrieving client and case data across multiple systems while maintaining strict accuracy confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Responding promptly to applicant and attorney inquiries via phone email and SMS resolving issues related to funding disbursement application status DocuSign support and contract-related concerns.
- Preparing and reviewing pre-settlement funding agreements and related documentation for client and attorney review and signature with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinating with law firms brokers underwriters and technical support teams to ensure efficient case processing and smooth operational workflows.
- Providing clear and timely updates on case status documentation requirements and next steps in the funding process to all stakeholders.
- Assisting underwriters by gathering organizing and verifying required documentation to support accurate case review and funding decisions.
- Background in pre-settlement funding.
- English and Spanish speaking
